. This policy outlines how trials, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Free Trial
New members may start with a
14-day free trial.
During this period, you can explore the Club, access resources, and decide if itβs right for you.
You may cancel anytime during the trial with
no charge.
2. Membership Billing
After the free trial, membership fees are billed automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).
You agree to provide valid payment details to maintain uninterrupted access.
All billing is recurring unless cancelled.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation requests must be submitted
before the next billing date
to avoid further charges.
Once cancelled, you will retain access to the Club until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Refunds
Because membership provides
immediate access to digital resources, community spaces, and live events,
all payments are
non-refundable
once processed.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time in your current billing cycle.
The 14-day trial is your risk-free period to decide if the Club is right for you.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical errors or duplicate charges, refunds may be issued at our discretion. Please contact support with details.
